Course Description:
FL statue 626.2815 states any person who holds a license to solicit or sell LIFE insurance in this state (FL) must complete a minimum of 3 hours in CE, approved by the FLDFS on the subject of suitability in annuity and life insurance transactions. A licensee may use the hours obtained under this program to satisfy the requirement for CE in Ethics (9908). Please view your transcript with the FLDFS before scheduling this class for clarification of your requirement.
