The Professional in Insurance Account Management, or PIAM, is a practical designation program designed to advance the level of knowledge of all agency staff, including: Principals/Managers, Inside Producers, Outside Producers, Customer Service Representatives and, Other Company Personnel. The PIAM designation requires completion of seven classes.
