Prelicensing Courses

Central Insurance School is a qualified, Florida State Department of Financial Services approved and certified Insurance School. Central Insurance School offers many courses which qualify the student, after graduation, to sit for a state examination to obtain the appropriate Insurance License. As a tribute to the quality of courses presented by Central Insurance School, the passing ratio for all state examinations is the highest in the area. COURSES QUALIFY STUDENTS TO SIT FOR THE STATE EXAMINATIONS AND THEREBY OBTAIN LICENSES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

Property and Casualty Licenses

General Lines Agent
One (1) full year of documented responsible insurance duties as a licensed and appointed
  • customer representative, or
  • limited customer representative.
40 Hour Course
One (1) full year of experience in all lines of Property & Casualty.
Students of other classes preparing for the State Exam.
Exam Prep Course
No experience required 200 Hour Course

Residential Personal Lines-Only Agent
Six (6)months of documented responsible insurance duties as a licensed and appointed
  • customer representative, or
  • limited customer representative
20 Hour Course
Six (6) months of documented responsible insurance duties as a licensed and appointed Service Representative in Property & Casualty insurance 40 Hour Course
