I just finished the PCA course with Diana Fink via webinar. Not only did she teach us an immense amount of information in a four day period, but she made it fun, and she made it make sense. It is difficult to keep the attention of someone sitting at home, but Diana does it easily with expertly timed stories that apply directly to the material. I will definitely be making the trip to St. Pete for all of my continuing education!

If you need your 620 or CSR license this is the place to go. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience there as a student. Diana Fink taught my class and she is entertaining and very knowledgeable. They also offer the class online simultaneously to the classroom. Worth every penny!!
