Hello, I just wanted to express my appreciation to CIS. Diana is an amazing instructor. I thought taking the class through webinar was going to be dull, and that it would be difficult to keep my attention. Fortunately, that was not the case. With Diana's stories and perfectly timed humor, not only did each class fly by, every day was enjoyable and inspired me to learn as much as I can after taking the class. I am happy to say that after submitting my fingerprints on Monday, that my license was issued a day later on May 14th. I have already made contact with a claims firm, and I start training with my mentor (who works with the same firm) to learn the ropes, and apply everything that Diana taught us. This was an enjoyable opening to the next chapter in my life. I have already recommended CIS to a few friends who are looking for a new career path.
