I just finished the PCA course with Diana Fink via webinar. Not only did she teach us an immense amount of information in a four day period, but she made it fun, and she made it make sense. It is difficult to keep the attention of someone sitting at home, but Diana does it easily with expertly timed stories that apply directly to the material. I want to thank you for a well-planned course that was very thorough regarding the content provided; which, aided my preparation for the P&C 220 General Licenses Exam. I took the state exam last Thursday, and I passed on my first attempt with a score of 81%. I am grateful to Central Insurance School, the staff and faculty for facilitating the 200 hour course that provided me with unparalleled support.
