Telephone or email responses to customers or to follow up regarding initial sales contacts.
Maintain records, accounts, applications and other data as required.

The candidate should be able to take and pass the All-Lines Adjuster Licensing exam. Training will be provided to the right individual. You must be eligible to work in the state of Florida.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Personally investigate and determine the extent of property related loss and to evaluate coverage. Subsequent findings will then be reported directly to the local Claims Supervisor for their review and consideration.
• Assist Senior Desk Adjusters with various tasks, including: investigations, assessment of loss, and to interview or correspond with insured representatives, or other relevant parties.
• Communicate with insured’s and clients by phone, email and web based claims program.
• Drafting of letters, proofs of loss and other customary claim documents
• Processing of claim settlement payments
• Strong organization skills a plus
