Course Description: A 40 Hour Conversion Qualification Program to obtain the General Lines Agent's License (2-20) in Property, Casualty, and Health. Pre-qualifications for this program are to have either a CSR (4-40), Limited CSR (4-42) or a Personal Lines (20-44) license with appointment for one (1) year or longer. The program study material covers property and liability concepts, automobile, property insurance, general liability, package policies, workers compensation, crime, surety bonds, marine insurance, aviation, boiler and machinery, health, as well as FL specific law, rules and regulations. Upon successful completion of the class passing the course exams at the end of each day with a of 70% or better with an overall grade of 70% or better to earn the Certificate of Completion. The final course grade will be electronically submitted to the FLDFS by the school. After the passing the program, a state exam is required in which the candidate would register via the FLDFS vendor to schedule and take the state exam. Information on the FLDFS application process for the state exam, licensure, and fingerprinting (financial/criminal background check) will be provided at the class. You may take the Exam Prep Program as many times as you would like, up to 1 one year after the purchase date. |
