Key Responsibilities:

About the Job:
You will lead our personal lines team. You will be of service and support to the retention business for the agency. You possess excellent decision making and problem-solving skills necessary to grow and retain our client base as well as uncover solutions to challenging situations that will arise with the carriers and clients. You will also work with our management team to develop and implement successful strategies, programs and processes.
You will be responsible to manage, lead, evaluate, appraise, reward, discipline and coach the existing team. In addition, you will participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications:
• 2-20 Property and Casualty License in the state of Florida is required

Branch insurance agent for AAA Largo located in the Largo Mall next to the Regal Theaters. Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm. Our agents take walk ins, call ins, work salesforce leads from AAA Membership roster, and will network with realtors, mortgage brokers and local businesses. We pay a small guaranteed base salary of $15 and hour and then commissions based on your policy count. Must have a 220 or 440 and a life license 2-15 preferred. Top agents make over 100K.
