I had been entertaining a career change. I did my research and every time it led me to Diana Fink. I saved for two months(not that it’s that expensive but I live paycheck to paycheck) and decided to attend Central Insurance Schools Professional claims adjuster class. Best decision I have ever made. Not only is she a walking Google search for anything Insurance or general contracting, she is an amazing human being! She is not only humble beyond her fame or experience in these fields, she is a great person! She is kind, gracious and hilarious. I recently finished the 440 course online and Diana was amazing. She’s very animated and informative. Makes class a breeze and breaks down the material so you can understand. The staff is great and helpful and I will definitely use them for any future courses I may need.
