I initially signed up for the in person PCA course. The day prior I had an unexpected emergency and needed to switch to the webinar. The office was wonderful! They quickly switched my class and overnighted me a booklet. The class itself was AMAZING!! Diana is hilarious and kept me entertained and engaged each step of the way. While I would have loved to go in person, I still had an excellent experience taking the class virtually. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
