Hello, I just wanted to express my appreciation to CIS. Diana is an amazing instructor. I thought taking the class through webinar was going to be dull, and that it would be difficult to keep my attention. Fortunately, that was not the case. With Diana's stories and perfectly timed humor, not only did each class fly by, every day was enjoyable and inspired me to learn as much as I can after taking the class. I am happy to say that after submitting my fingerprints on Monday, that my license was issued a day later on May 14th. I have already made contact with a claims firm, and I start training with my mentor (who works with the same firm) to learn the ropes, and apply everything that Diana taught us. This was an enjoyable opening to the next chapter in my life. I have already recommended CIS to a few friends who are looking for a new career path. I look forward to doing all of my CE through CIS in future.

I passed the exam on the FIRST try the day before hurricane Irma landed with an 88%!!!! Because neither sleet, snow, rain nor hurricane was going to stop me since I had a set goal that was quickly coming upon me. But seriously speaking, the online class was very thorough and very detailed, but I needed to the 40 prep class to review. Taking the class with Diana Fink was the best thing I could have ever done and was WELL WORTH the drive from Orlando. She is hilarious, so authentic and so humble and really gives her time to each student when something is not clear. Also the 2500 practice exam questions are golden. I plan on taking her CE's in the future and I highly recommend her, hands down. Diana Fink, you are the only insurance school for me!!! I am so grateful to you and your wonderful staff!!!
