Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners’ insurance clients. • Provide expert advice on coverage options, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. • Drive sales and retention through excellent customer service and product knowledge. • Leverage our technology and resources to effectively meet client needs. • Uphold Gator Insurance’s customer-centric values and commitment to service excellence. What We’re Looking For: • 440 License (Required); 220 License (Preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling and managing homeowners insurance policies. • A track record of success in a sales environment with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. • Coachable with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. • Responsible and able to manage time effectively, whether in-office or remote. • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering top-tier client experiences. • Tech-Savvy: Able to navigate insurance software and tools efficiently. • Problem-Solver: Able to think on your feet and provide creative solutions for clients. • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex policies clearly. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in paperwork, quotes, and client follow-ups.
