Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Enter all required data into system to maintain current file on assigned accounts
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about commercial lines insurance products, pricing and availability
• Discuss and process endorsements for clients
• Manage billing and insurance audit inquiries
• Remarket accounts with insurance carriers
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Qualifications
• At least 3+ years' of relevant work experience
• Casualty Insurance License 4-40 or 2-20
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Customer Focused and service oriented
• Team Oriented
• Reliable and Dependable
