qualification, to the following terms and conditions of use. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before using this
website or engaging in any of Central Insurance School's products or services.
Cancellation Policy
Course schedules are subject to change or cancellation. If you provide a written cancellation before the day of the class, you will
be given a refund, less a 7% service charge. Any course materials received before the class must be returned (unmarked – new condition) or the cost of the materials will be deducted from the refund issued. If you cancel on the day of the class, or within 20 days following a missed class, you will be entitled to a credit to be used within one year from the date of the class. If no written cancellation notice is given prior to the day of the class, you are not entitled to any refund, only class credit. Money Credits expire in one year from issue date.
Once started, online courses are non-refundable.
